Back to Meet The Band
I was born in Port Chester NY and grew up in good old Greenwich CT.  Went to college up at Southern CT in New Haven and currently live in Trumbull CT.
Started off playing the drums when I was really small (first set was a “Donnie and Marie” drum set.  I started learning guitar around 14 after Billy D bought one from Joe Patrone in Cos Cob.  That red guitar (looked like a Gibson SG) was the first real instrument I ever touched.
I soon switched over to bass after discovering no one wanted to play this fine instrument.  The first one I ever owned was bought off of Bernard Trifan and was a cheap sunburst jazz style with big black nylon strings.  I ended up shaving the finish off to make it a crappy wood color.  I still have this guitar somewhere.  Also started singing around 16 since none of my friends wanted to do this as well.   I’ve been playing ever since.

My main bass is a black Fender Squire Jazz bass.  I bought it in Wallingford CT in 1989.  This guitar and I have been through a lot together.  I use Blue Steel medium light strings and I sing through a Shure SM58 Beta microphone.

My influences are Springsteen, Beatles, Billy Joel and Elvis (both Presley and Costello).  The songs I like are pretty much reflected in our song lists.

I hope the people who come out to watch us enjoy hearing the songs as much as we enjoy playing them (most of the songs anyway).
